Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Grenz for the use of Axeible. Please read them, along with the linked policies.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using Axeible, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Axeible on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. What the service does
Axeible helps you find accessibility issues on your storefront, fix them with real content and code changes, document the effort, and estimate AI-shopper readiness. It describes what it does and separates automatically verified findings from those needing human judgement. It does not certify compliance or guarantee any legal outcome — see our Disclaimer.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You access Axeible through your Shopify store. You are responsible for your account, for the staff you invite, and for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Plans, billing & trials
Paid plans are billed through Shopify according to the plan you select. Some plans include a free trial, and certain AI-assisted features draw on a prepaid credit wallet. Prices and plan features may change; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
5. Your responsibilities
- You decide which fixes to apply. Axeible previews changes and keeps reversible snapshots, but you are responsible for reviewing and approving what happens to your store.
- You are responsible for your store's content and for meeting any legal obligations that apply to your business.
- You will not use Axeible's output to make false or misleading claims about accessibility or compliance.
6. Preview-first and reversibility
Axeible does not change your live store on autopilot. Fixes are previewed and snapshotted, and any automation is opt-in. You remain in control of your storefront.
7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own Axeible, including its software and content. You retain ownership of your store content. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service to you.
8. Third-party services
Axeible works with third-party services, including Shopify. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers
Axeible is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. In particular, we do not warrant that the service will make your store compliant with any law or standard. Please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grenz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Grenz against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using Axeible and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use of Axeible after a change means you accept the updated terms.
