Axeible does not certify compliance, guarantee any legal outcome, or provide legal advice.
It helps you find accessibility issues, fix them with real changes, and document the effort. That's the honest scope of the tool.
No guarantee of compliance
Compliance with laws such as the ADA or the European Accessibility Act, or conformance with a standard such as WCAG, is a legal determination that depends on your entire site and circumstances. No software can grant it. Axeible does not claim to make your store "compliant", "certified", or "lawsuit-proof", and you should be wary of any tool that does.
Automated testing has limits
Automated accessibility testing reliably detects some issues but cannot evaluate everything — many criteria require human judgement. That is why Axeible separates automatically verified findings from those that need human review, and never presents automated results as a complete assessment.
AI-generated content
Some Axeible features use AI to draft content such as alt text or suggested fixes. AI output can be imperfect and should be reviewed by a person before you rely on it.
Your responsibility
You decide which changes to make to your store and are responsible for your storefront and for meeting any legal obligations that apply to your business. Axeible previews and snapshots changes, but the decisions are yours.
