Axeible is billed through Shopify. This explains how cancellation, trials, and refunds work.
Billing through Shopify
Subscription charges for Axeible are processed by Shopify as part of your Shopify bill, according to the plan you choose.
Free trials
Where a plan includes a free trial, you are not charged for that plan during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged for it.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by changing your plan or uninstalling Axeible from your Shopify admin. When you cancel, your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or at our reasonable discretion — for example, if a genuine billing error occurred. Because charges run through Shopify, some adjustments are subject to Shopify's billing process.
Prepaid AI credits
AI-assisted features may use a prepaid credit wallet. Credits that have been consumed are non-refundable. Unused credits are handled as described at the time of purchase.
