Use the service responsibly

You agree to use Axeible lawfully and only as intended. In particular, you will not:

• Scan or test a store, site, or URL you do not own or are not authorised to test.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or circumvent the scanner's rate limits, budgets, or safety controls.
• Use the service to access, store, or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except as permitted by law or your plan.
• Use Axeible's output to make false or misleading accessibility or compliance claims.
• Interfere with other customers' use of the service or with our infrastructure.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the service and its users, as described in our Terms of Service.
